The room was clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. the hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. In addition, the rooftop chill space on the third floor offered a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the shower didn't drain properly, which was quite inconvenient.

I absolutely loved this place! The location, right in the heart of the historic center near the University, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff, especially during breakfast, provided quick service and made me feel right at home. The terrace where I sat was charming and comfortable, with a complete 360 view of the surrounding area. The room amenities, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe, ensured my stay was comfortable and convenient. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch.

Although the staff was amazing, I did have a minor issue with the wake-up service. Despite asking for it three times at the reception desk, it was not provided.

The breakfast terrace is beautiful, staff friendly & helpful - fabulous location. Varied breakfast & good choice. Our family loved the large balcony with a good view towards the center and the comfortable bed. The air-con was a welcome addition for a comfortable stay. The terrace where we had breakfast was lovely and the reception and bar staff were very helpful and friendly.

This place is located in a great part of town, near the university and in the historic center. The service is top-notch, with available room service, laundry, and dry cleaning. The in-room amenities such as the air-conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV are great, and the terrace outside is a lovely spot to enjoy garden furniture in-room air conditioning. The staff at this venue, especially at the reception desk and during breakfast, are very attentive and provide quick service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to all our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were nice as well. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, especially the perfect latte macchiato. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Asinelli Tower and within easy walking distance to the main square and all the delicious sidewalk eateries. Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrace for a breathtaking 360-degree view. The hotel also offers parking, which is a rare find in historic European cities. And to top it all off, we enjoyed having a nightcap on the terrace with the friendly barman.

Great Location: the hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants and coffee shops. It was convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions in the area. Helpful Staff: the front desk staff were kind, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with useful information about the city and recommended some great places to visit.

Outdated Rooms: the rooms in the hotel were extremely outdated and in need of renovation. the furniture and decor seemed like they hadn't been updated since the 80s, which made the rooms feel tired and old.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Donato in the heart of the old city for a few nights. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous towers and Piazza Maggiore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private terrace and the stunning views from the rooftop patio at sunset. The hotel also offered convenient parking for our car. a fantastic experience.

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel took care of our permit to drive into the limited traffic area of the city upon our arrival. It saved us a lot of hassle. The location of the hotel was also great, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable, with nice beds and a reasonable size. We particularly enjoyed the view from the little terrace by the bar, where we had breakfast each morning. Speaking of breakfast, it was worth eating at the hotel, even though it wasn't included in the room rate. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful service.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The location is perfect for walking around and sightseeing in the old part of the city. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views and is a great spot for relaxing and enjoying a drink or breakfast. The breakfast selection was the best I've experienced in Europe.
