The location of the hotel in the historic city center is amazing. It is so close to the lovely square with the cathedral, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring. being in the center of the pedestrian shopping district means that there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, perfect for couples looking for a romantic stroll and dining options.

The service at the hotel can be disappointing. Some staff members are unfriendly, especially if you don't speak Italian.

Excellent!

Stayed at Best Western and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful town center. Car parking was convenient and the staff even moved our car for us. The spacious rooms were elegant and spotlessly clean, with marble bathrooms. The front desk team was very charming and the breakfast had a superb range of food. a great stay at Best Western.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic district. We were able to explore museums, restaurants, and wine bars all within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a wonderful view of the main church from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with car parking, restaurant reservations, and check-in.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect: right in the heart of the town, close to all the main shops and attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and offering useful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a lot of variety and fresh ingredients.

The noise level at night, as the hotel is located in a busy area with a lot of nightlife. However, this is to be expected given the key location of the hotel.
