We had a great stay at Best Western Plus! The location was perfect, close to the Marconi Metro Station in the San Salvario area. The room was basic but very clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any way they could. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Kettle malfunctioned, lights tripped off.

We spent a great New Year's Eve in this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and we had a comfortable mattress. We also enjoyed the gym facilities and the cool lobby furniture. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the metro station and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the area.

The breakfast was not very consistent, and some items were dubious. We also noticed that soap and shampoo were only available in tiny plastic bottles, which was not environmentally friendly.
