Lovely family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, perfect base for skiing, clean rooms, delicious food.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is located in the heart of a charming town, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and a public pool. The rooms are lovely, cleaned daily, and have high ceilings, providing a spacious feel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the owner goes above and beyond to assist guests. The half board option offers delicious and plentiful authentic food, and a shuttle bus is available to transport guests to the ski lift.

Some neighbors were loud in the night and even smoked in the corridor.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and perfectly clean. I loved waking up to the beautiful views of the mountains every morning. The breakfast was excellent, offering a nice selection to start the day off right. Additionally, the hotel's location in the village was convenient and made it easy to explore the area.

During our recent stay, we were delighted to discover the charming Hotel Bijou in the heart of a picturesque mountain village. The spacious rooms had high ceilings, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's cleanliness and the friendly personnel made us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a satisfying spread of local cuisine, while the delicious dinners left us craving for more. The highlight of our stay was the swimming pool and sauna area, which proved to be the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring the surrounding mountains. we had a truly enjoyable experience.

Although our stay at Hotel Bijou was mostly outstanding, there were a few minor drawbacks. The shower gel bags provided were quite tiny, and it would have been more convenient to have a larger dispenser with shower gel/shampoo.

The breakfast was fairly good and the room was clean and comfortable. the view from the balcony was fantastic, it was the best feature of the room. the shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient.

The location of the hotel was far from the city center and there was not much to do around the area. the staff were not very accommodating and did not seem to be interested in attending to the guests' needs.
