The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and parking. The breakfast served on the rooftop was excellent and had a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the attractions.

There was an issue with our confirmed room not being available upon arrival, which was quite inconvenient. We were only notified of this change at lunchtime and had to drive to an alternative accommodation in our own vehicle, causing a bit of anxiety.

For the price we paid, we got great value at Hotel Biscari. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The location was perfect, close to the city center and lively areas with bars and young people. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The location is amazing, very close to the city centre and right in the heart of this vibrant city. The hotel is housed in a beautiful old Palazzo, which adds to its charm. One of the best things about this hotel is the delicious breakfast served on the roof terrace. The views over the city rooftops are absolutely breathtaking. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I especially loved the little balcony that overlooked the bustling street below, providing picturesque views of the swifts flying by. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast on the terrace was a treat, with a beautiful view of the sea in the distance. Despite the language barrier, the staff was helpful in providing recommendations for dining and guiding me to the bus stop for the airport. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to others. I had a wonderful stay at Biscari.

We had an excellent stay at Biscari. the breakfast was amazing, especially the plate of fresh fruit. the staff were very helpful, even going as far as to reserve a taxi for us at 3:30 am and making sure we didn't miss our flight. the room was great, and the fact that the hotel is located in the city center was a big plus. the building itself, although old and not well-maintained, had a nice atmospheric feel to it.

Biscari hotel in the heart of the city was a fantastic find. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even organizing an early private car pick-up and providing packed sandwiches for our departure. the room had a lovely old-fashioned vibe with high ceilings and was impeccably clean. the location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the centro of Catania. We also received great restaurant recommendations and enjoyed delicious meals nearby.

Biscari offered an impressive breakfast by Italian standards. the friendly host prepared a delicious spread that included both sweet and savory options. the breakfast was served on a beautiful balcony/terrace, providing a nice view of the city. the room, although basic, was enormous with high ceilings, providing a comfortable stay.

Hotel rooms so big I needed a map, but thankfully no kettle to interrupt my delicate tea order. Lovely staff, especially when they had to carry my suitcases up the stairs. Price was great for such a quirky place.

I missed having a balcony, but luckily the scaffolding on the one provided a perfect backdrop.

They arranged an early private car pick-up for our flight and even packed us some delicious sandwiches since we couldn't go to breakfast. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the harbor. the old palazzo was charming and our room was spacious and comfortable. We also loved the breakfast on the terrace with a great view.
