The location of the hotel is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance such as the Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathrooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service provided by the host is exceptional, ensuring that all needs are met and making guests feel welcomed. The breakfast offered is delicious, with a variety of options such as meats, cheese, and more.

I wish there was a lift in the hotel to make it easier to reach the rooms, as the multiple sets of stairs can be quite tiring.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, from savory to sweet, and the coffee was delicious. I highly recommend this B&B for its charm, convenience, and hospitality.

The room was lovely and quiet with a comfy bed, excellent aircon, and good shutters. Great location near restaurants, Palazzo Pitti, and Boboli gardens. Smooth check-in and check-out with helpful tips from the host. Would definitely return on my next trip.

Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel. the room was cozy and had a lovely character with good-looking modern art pieces. Linens were soft and comfortable. the hotel was at a convenient spot which provided ease of access to all the attractions in the city. it was located near the local market, giving us an opportunity to witness the authentic culture of the city. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and had a large variety of options for different palates.

On the negative side, the insulation of our room was not great, noise travelled easily from the corridors and outside streets. the room was smaller than we expected, and we struggled to move freely in the space.
