During our stay at Borgo Del Carato, we had the most incredible experience. The property was absolutely stunning, with beautiful olive trees and a mesmerizing pool. We were able to go horse riding and hiking in the picturesque surroundings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes. The location was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Despite the minor setbacks such as a broken toilet seat and slow breakfast setup, we still had a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this countryside hotel was ideal for a New Year’s getaway. the quiet setting was perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities such as biking and hiking. the hotel was well designed and offered beautiful and comfortable rooms, with astonishing views of the surrounding countryside. the spa area was nicely organized, and the pool was excellent for swimming. the staff was always kind and helpful.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel worth noting. There were no shops nearby, and the hotel did not offer a mini-bar or anything for sale between meals.
