Great pools, pleasant staff, excellent dinner with local specialties, good cleaning services, private parking and shuttle bus service.

The facilities were decent, with a warm and clean swimming pool, as well as an excellent thermal pool. the hotel was located in the midst of an enjoyable and exotic atmosphere, with two towns conveniently nearby. the free shuttle services were quite helpful. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

The new year stay was not as pleasant as expected. the buffet table on new year’s eve lacked diverse dishes and beverages.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room at the hotel. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and the beds were comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the three pools and the breathtaking view of the sea. The hotel staff, especially Rafaello, were very kind and helpful, providing recommendations for things to do on the island. The dinner at the hotel, with a wide selection of local specialties, was excellent. The cleaning services were also top-notch.
