I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was quiet and spacious, and the staff treated me with utmost care and attention. The location was perfect, close to all the best shopping spots yet secluded in a tranquil garden.

Breakfast delights would be having a larger and more flexible menu, especially for children.

The main shopping street is also within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options. The hotel provides impeccable service, with a helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, including addictive signature bathroom amenities. The breakfast is delicious and the terrace is a great spot for afternoon snacks.

Incredible service at the Bulgari Hotel Milan. Upon arrival, we were offered complimentary facials and use of the spa while waiting for our room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even made additional reservations for us on our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel last weekend and it was amazing. the exclusive amenities included an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center, as well as a beautiful garden area. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast were all exceptional. the location was also very convenient, with many popular attractions within walking distance.

The only minor issue we encountered was the service at the spa center. Although the massage was great, the staff seemed a bit unprofessional and disorganized.

The staff was perfect from the first instant, even before we checked in. the hotel and gardens were extremely quiet, a blessing in this noisy city. the rooms were great, everything was impeccable and new. the concierge gave excellent recommendations and made reservations for us. the bar terrace was a lovely experience with a nice wine selection. Parking was available at a reasonable rate.

The breakfast and dinner teams were a bit slow, and the decor was too minimalistic for my taste. the hostess uniforms could have been more upscale.

Over the Thanksgiving holidays, I had the chance to stay at a luxurious hotel that exceeded my expectations. the rooms were impeccable, with marble-tiled bathrooms and high-end toiletries. the housekeeping staff was diligent in ensuring that the rooms were sparkling clean twice a day. the central location of the hotel made it easy for us to access the city's main attractions and enjoy all that the city has to offer. To top it all off, the hotel had a fantastic bar area where you could enjoy a drink or two.

One thing that we were not happy with was the limited food options available. the breakfast menu was repetitive, and there were not many choices to choose from.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the modern and chic design, the convenient location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and the amazing breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like.
