Had an amazing time at a wine resort. The staff was so professional, they practically read my mind! The facilities were beautiful, and I felt like royalty. Definitely coming back!

Oh, and the food? Well, let's just say I won't be recommending the cooking lessons to anyone anytime soon.

I stayed at Buonamico Wine Resort for a few relaxing days in the hills around Lucca. The pool area was lovely, with comfy bean bags and loungers to enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley and the town of Montecarlo. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge walk-in shower and a terrace overlooking the vineyards. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was served in my room, and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The staff was super friendly and the spa area was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

There is a strong air freshener in the corridor, which can be overpowering at times.

the staff at this resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. They even arranged to bring dinner to our room when there was no room service available. the accommodation itself was superb, with clean and spacious rooms offering breathtaking views of the vineyards. the facilities were pristine, and the overall decoration was tastefully done. As we were traveling with our 4-year-old, the quiet atmosphere was essential, and we were delighted with how peaceful the place was. In the mornings, a delightful breakfast was served in our room, adding to the luxurious experience. the pool area and spa were simply fabulous, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. the location of the resort, situated between Florence and Lucca, was excellent for exploring the region.

Peaceful location amidst vineyards. Helpful and lovely staff, attentive owners. Nice pool for relaxing after sightseeing. Breakfast good, but not the best in Italy. Great access to main roads.

The value for money at this place was excellent, with wonderful rooms, full facilities, and stunning views. The location was perfect, with beautiful views back to the hill above. The staff treated us well, although they felt a bit inexperienced as a team.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The modern building had a quiet location with a relaxing pool and spa center that exceeded all expectations. I enjoyed the comfy bed, perfect A/C and private patio. the resort also offered a wonderful restaurant that served delicious food using fresh ingredients from the local area. It was great to see a wide range of wines, as well as knowledgeable staff who could recommend the perfect pairing for each dish.

Despite these great features, there were a couple of downsides. the elevator to the spa was a bit scary and anxiety-inducing.
