by grace was a perfect place for our family holiday, exceeding our expectations with a great room, responsive staff, and comfortable bed. the balcony was a bonus for drying clothes and enjoying the morning sun. highly recommended.

By Grace in Rome was a wonderful place to stay. We found it to be very clean and peaceful, and the location was great. Even though it wasn't in the center, the bus station was very close, making it easy for us to get around. We could either take the bus or walk to the metro station, which had a direct line to the termini station and stopped near many popular sights. the room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, with no issues with hot water or shower. We especially enjoyed the wide terrace, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was convenient, with great restaurants nearby that offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Rome.

The staff was responsive and easy to communicate with, ensuring a problem-solving oriented service.

There was a guy in the room above us who was very loud and disturbed our sleep for two nights straight.
