The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. The decor inside is elegant and visually stunning, a hidden gem inside a non-descript facade. The hosts, Francesca and Max, were wonderful and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to the train station in a beautiful and chic neighborhood, away from the busy center. It was so convenient to arrive and depart from here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even gave me a free upgrade to a suite! The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a fridge. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. The hotel facilities were great, including a working air conditioner and well-connected wifi. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast voucher and the easy check-in and check-out process. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again if I return to this city.

This hotel is situated in a wonderfully quiet area, on a quiet canal, which is perfect for a peaceful retreat. It's very near the Venezia Sta and several landmarks, making it very convenient. The rooms are equipped with traditional furnitures and very good bathroom facilities. The included breakfast on the rooftop is a must-try and has a great view of the neighborhood.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming B&B in Venice. the hotel, Ca' Dei Polo, is a typical Venetian canal side building that exudes charm. What impressed me the most was the spaciousness of the room, which is not typical for Venice. It was clean and decorated in a lovely Venetian style. She even upgraded me to a suite and provided a free breakfast voucher. the location of the hotel is also very convenient, with the main railway station, cruise port, and shuttle bus from the airport all within walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located in a charming area near the train station. It is surrounded by several nice restaurants and is a short walk from nearby Canareggio. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and a rooftop terrace with great views.

The lobby area could use some improvement, as it has a leaking roof and a horrid smell, giving off a somewhat eerie atmosphere.

The hotel's location made it easy to get around the city. the famous landmarks were nearby, and the train station was close enough to walk to. the hotel offered light breakfast every morning, and there were also several nice restaurants around. Another plus was the quiet, less crowded side street which made the stay peaceful.

The hotel had poor customer service with no staff on the property. We had to walk to a nearby hotel to check-in, which was a hassle.
