The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of dining options nearby. the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and informative, making our stay stress-free. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. it was a magical experience.

The lighting in the room was not ideal for reading, and the coffee at breakfast did not match the quality of Italian coffee. Additionally, the fridge in the room was only for the hotel bar and not for personal items.

The location to San Marco was ideal. Short walk to square. Large room with balcony. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The hotel location is exceptional, close to Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The breakfast offered is delicious and generous. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy.

We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk from St Mark's square. It was easy to find from the main train station and away from the busiest area. The value for the money at this hotel was excellent - we got a spacious and comfortable room at a great rate. The location couldn't have been better, with the hotel being close to all the main attractions in Venice. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One small improvement that could be made would be to upgrade the hairdryers in the breakfast room. The current ones were not very powerful and took quite a long time to dry my short hair.

We loved staying in this hotel right at the center of everything. It was so convenient to be just a short walk from San Marco Piazza and other major attractions. The room was very spacious and quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful sleep after a busy day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great tips on the best routes for the best views of the city. The breakfast served was delicious and we enjoyed the traditional Italian options.

The WiFi in our room was quite unreliable, frequently working and then stopping.

Perfect stay in the heart of the action with lots of cafes, shops, and landmarks just walking distance away. the beautiful Venetian style interior of the room was a great touch and the breakfast was varied and filling. We appreciated the lift and the storage service.

Our room was a bit too warm overnight, and the bathroom could have been a bit bigger.
