The hotel had a great location and the balcony provided a fabulous view. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was a relief in the hot weather. The hotel was centrally located to cafes, supermarkets, and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The hotel accommodated late check-in and provided storage for luggage upon departure.

Located in a vibrant, bustling area with easy access to public transport and major attractions. the owner was proactive in providing directions and greeted me warmly upon arrival. the room and bathroom were impeccably clean, showcasing great attention to detail.

The bed covers appeared to be in need of cleaning. the absence of an elevator meant having to climb several flights of stairs with luggage, which was inconvenient, especially for older guests.

We had a great stay at Ca Del Dose! the value for money was excellent, and the room was just as described - clean, spacious, and quiet. the host, Lorenzo, was extremely helpful before and during our stay, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. the location couldn't have been better, with Canal Grande just a minute away and a nice neighborhood to explore. We also enjoyed the discount for breakfast at the bakery around the corner. a fantastic experience!

Stayed at Ca Del Dose for a short trip and loved it! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from San Marco Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the great heating and ventilation system. The apartment was spacious and having access to a washing machine was a fantastic bonus. The nearby restaurant Bacaretto was also amazing. great value for money and we would definitely stay here again!

The location of the accommodation was amazing! It was just off the main walkway along the harbor, making it easy to find our way back. The room was clean and tidy, and it had all the facilities we needed. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. We especially loved the Venetian decor, with its impressive glass chandelier and marble floor. The bed was comfortable, and the living room was spacious. We also appreciated the contemporary blue bathroom, which was sparkly clean.

The accommodation was conveniently situated for two different waterbus stops and there were various bars nearby serving breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a lounge/dining room which was a pleasant surprise. The lounge window overlooked a small piazza with a church, cafes, and a restaurant. We also appreciated the precise directions provided by the owner to the property.

The lack of a kitchen or coffee-making facilities was a disappointment, especially during the winter season when a hot drink would have been appreciated. the shower curtain could have been cleaner, which affected the overall cleanliness of the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to St. Mark's Square but far enough away to be away from the busy touristy sites, making it comfortable. It was very easy for us to get to the hotel with our large bags, as there are ramps over the steps on the waterfront. We also appreciated that it is close to gift shops. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a small kitchen with a fridge. The staff, especially Lorenzo, were friendly and helpful, giving us information on places to visit, restaurants, and transportation options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a good rest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the small terrace outside our room at Ca Del Dose. It provided a nice space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The male receptionist was also friendly and helpful. The free WIFI was a nice bonus for staying connected.
