the suite had a charming view of a church tower. difficult to find without local help.

I can't believe I had to endure a shower with no shampoo shelf, and the twin beds barely touching was just atrocious. I expected some sort of upgrade for my troubles, but I guess special treatment is reserved for others. I almost thought of giving them a good review, but just couldn’t with those details!

Our stay was enhanced by the delightful ambiance and the charming family running the place. Caterina made my mom's 70th birthday special with a surprise breakfast and a fresh pie! Don’t miss exploring the peaceful alleys nearby. Perfect for a genuine Venetian experience!

I enjoyed my recent stay. The convenient location made it easy to reach the bus station and explore the sights. I received a room upgrade that was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and organized breakfast in my room the night before an early train. Having access to a private courtyard was a nice touch for relaxing. I believe families and solo travelers will appreciate the homey feel and hospitality here.

Staying felt like a home away from home. The brekkie was brought to our room every morning—so lekker! The A/C worked like a charm in the heat, and we had chommies in the form of cute local cats hanging around, adding to the vibe. Super comfy mattress too!

Only weird thing was the handheld shower—not the best for me since I tend to get cold easily, but we survived!

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything with our two little kids in tow. We also enjoyed the lovely little garden and unique charm of the place. Caterina was incredibly kind and made us feel welcomed right from the start.

My wife says that it would be great to have an elevator for families with strollers.

This place was canny lush, like! The location was spot on, near good scran and transport. Staff were dead friendly, but the coffee in the mornin' could’ve been better. The roof terrace was a right treat. Would defo stay again, though!

Had a lovely upgrade to a spacious apartment! Perfectly located away from the tourist chaos yet close to vaporetto and the train station. Kate and Nick were like the best local tour guides, seriously!

Only downside? Those stairs! My legs might just file for a union. And the heated toilet seat? Yeah, let’s just say it was more shocking than soothing!

this place was super nice, the staff were really friendly and gave us a map for gettin around venice, which was super helpful. loved the rooftop terrace where we could chill and has a nice view. breakfast brought to our room was kinda cool, we could eat wherever we wanted. everything felt cozy and like staying at a friend's place. location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet.

the power outlets were kinda lacking and the breakfast options weren't great, a lot of supermarket stuff.
