We stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Venice. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the main attractions like San Marco square and Rialto bridge. It took us only 10 minutes to reach San Marco square from the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good selection, including delicious homemade cakes. we had a wonderful experience exploring the city from this centrally located hotel.

There was a lack of signage to find the reception desk. It would have been helpful to have clear directions upon arrival.

What a great Christmas spent in a beautiful old building with bags of character! the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, and the coffee at breakfast was fantastic. the location was key - within walking distance to the main sights and attractions. We had a room with a stunning view of the plaza and a small canal with gondolas passing by, it was breathtaking. One more bonus was the room that was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home.

The lack of an elevator, but they mentioned it in the description so we were aware. If you have lots of bags, it might be a little tricky getting to the room, but the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Residenza Ca' Malipiero was a charming hotel situated in a central location, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. the classic era look added to its charm, and the view from our room was simply amazing. the staff was courteous and offered helpful services, including porter service. the buffet breakfast was delightful, with tasty hams and delicious pies made by Maria. the room was beautiful, with lovely chandeliers and soft towels.

The hotel's location was a dream come true, with our room overlooking a charming square and just a short walk away from San Marco.
