the staff at Ca' Pagan were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even checked us in early, which was a big help since we had a lot of luggage and a young child. the room was stylish and spotlessly clean, just like the pictures. the bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was fantastic. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of food and the best cappuccino I've ever had. the courtyard garden was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are much smaller than advertised, and ours had a strange musty smell. Breakfast selection was lackluster and not very appetizing, and the walls were quite thin as we could hear our neighbors talking in the next room.
