Great location, plenty of information from the staff, and charming individually decorated rooms. Just watch out for the fire extinguisher and first aid kit, you never know when you might need them.

We had a fantastic stay at Ca' San Vio Bed & Breakfast. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the sights of this beautiful city on foot. Despite the small size, the French bed was surprisingly comfortable, even for someone as tall as me. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and storing our luggage after check-out. The room was impeccably clean, and we loved the Venetian flair in the decor. Shepard, the owner, was always there to offer his helpful and knowledgeable service. The price of our stay was also very reasonable.

This charming little B&B is located in a quiet area, slightly away from the main tourist sights, but still within walking distance to key sites like Rialto and St Marks. The friendly and helpful staff are always available for directions or help with area recommendations. The rooms are clean and tidy, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The in-room breakfast, although simple, is a great way to start the day. Plus, the B&B is conveniently located near the Peggy Guggenheim museum, which is a must-visit attraction.

One downside is that the B&B does not have 24-hour reception, so it's important to coordinate arrival times and check-out plans accordingly.

We loved our romantic escape at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful decor. The location was prime, located near many restaurants and attractions. The owners were very helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with maps and recommendations for the area. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast served to our room each morning.

We did wish the room was a bit larger, as there wasn't much space to move around. The bathroom was quite small as well, making it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

We were delighted when we stumbled upon Ca' San Vio during our trip to Venice. Its location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Accademia and the Accademia vaporetto stop. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions such as St. Mark's Square and the grand canal. Despite the map on their website indicating a longer walk from the Zattare vaporetto stop, we found it to be quite close even with heavy luggage. The B&B itself was beautifully renovated, with upholstered walls, elegant furnishings, and new bathrooms. Everything was well thought out and created a charming ambiance. The breakfast served in our room was a delightful tray of croissants, breads, jams, honey, and Nutella. We also appreciated the safe and quiet surrounding area, with plenty of charming places to eat and enjoy a drink. Seeing well-behaved students walking by in the morning added a touch of serenity. we found Ca' San Vio to be great value for money and would highly recommend it.
