The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel provided a free birthday cake.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location in a beautiful area was perfect for me, as I didn't have my own transport. The spacious gardens surrounding the hotel were stunning, and I enjoyed the view of the flowing lava from the terrace. The shuttle bus to the city center and beach was very convenient and saved me a lot of time. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The buffet-style breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious Mediterranean food.

Some showers in the rooms may not be as good as others, possibly needing improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with frequent linen changes and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, with an enormous ground floor, a great pool, and spacious terraces with sunbeds. The parking was ample and convenient, and we also appreciated the free shuttle to the beach. The hotel's location away from noisy areas was perfect for a peaceful stay. Paolo, the bar manager and drinks waiter, was outstanding, always remembering what we were drinking and providing excellent service. The staff in general were friendly and helpful, with good English skills. The buffet-style breakfast offered a very good selection, and Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel.

The location was great for exploring the island and we had a clear view of Mount Etna. the all-inclusive drinks were a bonus, and there were plenty of available sun loungers by the pool.

The staff were unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. Our room was dated and not very clean, and the food was bland and lacked variety.
