I had a fantastic experience staying at Campanella3 in Rome. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance and yet still quiet for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I loved having snacks and coffee facilities in the room. Ivan provided excellent information and recommendations, making my stay in Rome even better. I would highly recommend staying at Campanella3 for a convenient and enjoyable city weekend.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the instant response from the staff regarding our last-minute airport pickup. The facility was beautifully decorated and spacious with a great ensuite. The kitchen facilities were modern and well-equipped. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Vatican. The breakfast options were good, and the staff provided helpful recommendations for places to eat and explore in the city.

The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the city center and experience all the historical sights Rome has to offer. Plus, being close to the Ottaviano Metro Station and St Peter's Basilica was a huge convenience. The common area kitchen was well-equipped and provided gluten-free options for guests who are intolerant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. The service was exceptional, with the owners providing us with valuable tips and recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a delicious assortment of pastries and cereals to start the day on a sweet note.

We did miss having a view from our room, which would have added an extra touch to our stay.

Perfect location near attractions and delicious food. No pets, AC, and no smoking. Free wi-fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out.

campanella3 b&b was amazing! super clean, comfy, and had a fully stocked kitchenette. ivan was an incredible host, giving us great recommendations and even outlining a map for us. perfect location near vatican and metro. will definitely stay here again when we return to rome!
