We had a wonderful stay at Numa L. The location was incredibly central, making it easy for us to explore the city. The Nespresso pod machine and cooking facilities in the room were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and breakfast had a good variety of options in a spacious dining area. We especially loved the freshly baked croissants. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Castello underground station and only a short walk from Cardona station, making it easily accessible from the airport.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from nearby rooms. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom upon our arrival, but opening the window resolved the issue.

We had a lovely experience at this hidden gem in a great location. The rooms were fully renovated and the staff was incredibly helpful. The Nespresso maker in the room was a nice touch. The staff assisted us with train tickets and taxi arrangements. The breakfast was excellent with made-to-order eggs and espresso/cappuccino. The hotel also provided tips on restaurants and transfers. The available amenities, such as the storage, makeup mirror, and free washing machine and dryer, were a bonus. The modern apartment had a functional kitchen for those who want to cook. the stay was outstanding with little extras like snacks and juice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Duomo and the castle.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the key location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of major attractions and metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. There were a few positives about my Thanksgiving stay, including two complimentary items, proximity to landmarks and one added benefit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering free breakfast and Wi-Fi for our stay. The location was ideal, with a quick walk to popular attractions. the hotel had a gym which was a plus for working off Thanksgiving dinner.

The negative aspects outweighed the good. The room was smaller and outdated, with poor air conditioning and no extra amenities in the bathroom.
