We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the night reception person who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They showed us where to park our bikes and even checked on them during the night. The check-in process was fast and pleasant, and the front staff were always available for assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. We were provided with a hot kettle upon request, and the 24/7 reception staff were always ready to help. The breakfast provided was delicious, and they even arranged a take-away breakfast for us when we had to leave early. The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway, with direct access to the city center. this was a great choice for our short stay in this city.
