Gianni, the staff member who checked us in, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a map of the city and guidance on getting to the major attractions. The taxi service he arranged for us was reliable and affordable. The room was cute, with a lovely terrace, and the fridge was stocked with water, wafers, and juice every day. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and popular sights like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

the location was perfect, with many great sites nearby. the Borghese Garden was just a block away, and we enjoyed exploring the area. the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom and shower were spacious compared to other places we've stayed in Italy. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area. While breakfast was not provided, we were delighted to find juice and chocolate wafers stocked in the mini fridge each day. the staff were extremely helpful and arranged taxis for us, making our transportation hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our request for an extra blanket and allowing an additional guest to stay in our room. We really enjoyed the shuttle service to the U of B Theatre, as it made our trip more convenient. The building itself was fairly new, with modern finishes and handy USB charging ports in the room. this hotel provided a great experience.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district and close to all the major attractions. Plus, there was a fantastic restaurant just across the street. We loved the fact that the room had a mini fridge stocked with water, juice, and snacks. It definitely came in handy when we arrived hungry and tired.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the towels were not changed even though they were wet after three days.

Canova Rooms In Spanish Steps provided excellent value for money with its spacious and artistically decorated rooms. The location was perfect, close to the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of many attractions. My partner and I stayed at Canova Rooms for two nights during our visit to Rome. Gianni, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with a map and recommendations for exploring the city. Despite the language barrier, he made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a lovely terrace where we could relax. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and great restaurants. We felt safe with the secure entry system. Gianni also arranged affordable and efficient taxi transfers for us. We would definitely choose Canova Rooms again for our next visit.

Great location in the heart of the historic part of the city, perfect for exploring on foot. Ideal for young families with separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a small living area, and a nice terrace. Convenient for shopping and enjoying the nearby restaurants.

The location was excellent, right between Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps, making it convenient for exploring Rome on foot. The room was luxurious, spacious, and clean, with coffee and tea facilities and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The lady working at the reception desk was very helpful and the host, Gianni, was lovely and thoughtful. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The minor issue with uneven air flow from the air conditioning on both levels of the apartment was easily overlooked. Additionally, there were a few small details that could be improved, like the lack of light on the indoor stairs at night and the need for someone to help with carrying luggage up the staircases.

The daily cleaning and restocking of the fridge was great. The hotel arranged airport pick-up and the driver was excellent. Shampoo, conditioner, and other amenities were provided. The hotel staff gave helpful directions and recommendations for exploring Rome. The location is safe and convenient, close to shopping areas and major attractions.
