amazing little b&b in rome. room was always clean, hot tub was a nice touch. location near station made exploring easy. staff were friendly and helpful, added a personal touch to our stay. exceeded expectations and surpassed our previous experience in rome.

We had an amazing stay at Caos Calmo Bed & Breakfast. the staff was incredibly caring, always making sure we had a cup of coffee in hand. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and a quick 4 stops away from the city center. It was great to come back to a calm place away from the noise of the crowds. Plus, being near Tiburtina station made it super convenient for getting to the airport or any other destination by train. the room and en-suite were clean and charming, making us feel right at home. We even discovered a lovely cafe nearby where we enjoyed delicious prosecco, cappuccino, and a truly incredible caprese salad. the staff was always sweet and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

loved our stay here during a wedding celebration, even better than our last rome visit. perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, and easy metro access. modern, clean rooms with comfy beds. will definitely stay here again for our next trip to rome! =]
