Franco, our host, was charming and helped with my bags like a true gentleman. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and I could enjoy my coffee while gazing out on the lovely streets. The location was a dream for wandering!

Stairs galore! My legs might just file a complaint after all that cardio! No lift, darling!

i almost gave this place a decent review because of the location, but the shower was terrible—flooded the floor, just a nightmare! and don’t even get me started on the awful checkout time. also, a complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been nice considering the inconvenience. just felt like i was another regular guest, absolutely disgraceful.

Recommend it for families and friends

Charming apartment, the terrace was the best for enjoying complimentary coffee with friends! The location was fantastic, just 10 mins from everything we wanted to see, it made walking around so easy and enjoyable.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for!

fantastic base for exploring florence's best attractions nearby

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being just a few steps from the basilica of santa maria novella and walking distance to the beautiful strozzi palace. it made it so easy to explore the vibrant streets of florence each day after a lovely night’s sleep.

Great staff, clean with a wonderful lounge and terrace area! Super hot weather made the effective aircon a lifesaver, and it’s just a 10-15 min walk from the train station!

We loved the great location, making it easy to explore all the amazing sights of Florence with our two young kids. The shared space was wonderful for relaxing, and the comfortable beds ensured everyone got a good night's rest for our busy days.

I had a great time with friends! The location made it easy to hit the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Franco was super helpful, always around when we needed him, and the coffee in the mornings was a nice perk. Just remember, there's no lift, so be ready for some stairs!

Unfortunately, had an issue when trying to cancel a room due to a family emergency. They weren't very helpful and refused to accommodate, which was frustrating. Hope that improves for future guests!

The room was spacious and comfortable, really nice decor everywhere. The bed was super comfy, which was a big deal after walking around Florence all day. Franco, the host, was helpful and even provided fans since it was hot. The coffee in the mornings was a nice touch too! It was just a quick walk to the main sites. A bit of a hassle getting to the top floor without a lift, though, so might not be great for families with prams. Overall, I loved it!

Great central location but watch those steps

The location was excellent,, just a short walk from everything you wanna see. I really liked the cute terrace,, where I could sip complimentary coffee while enjoying the morning sun.

It was a bit pricey but worth it, I suppose.
