We stayed for 3 nights at this fantastic hotel. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond with dinner recommendations, poolside massages, and complimentary snacks and drinks. The art and decor were incredibly fun and we loved our room with its lovely patio. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, and we enjoyed breakfast outside each morning. The service, food, and decor were all top-notch. Highly recommended for a five-star experience!

The staff went above and beyond with their attentive service, offering upgrades, refreshing towels, homemade lemonade, and a plate of fruit in our rooms. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and massages by the pool. The breakfast buffet was rich and the codfish dish was the best we've ever tasted. The hotel interior was like a work of art, with every detail covered. The spa and pool area were divine, and the location was perfect with a beautiful view and just a few steps from town. a real 5-star experience worth every penny.

The architecture of the hotel was impressive and the design was great. the rooms were very nice and spotless, and the maid service was wonderful. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and always had a smile, they made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. They also gave me great suggestions on things to do in the area. Another advantage was that the hotel was located in a key location, making it easy to explore, relax, and shop in the beautiful island of Capri.

Although my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few negative aspects. However, they made an exception for my daughter and allowed her to use the pool in the afternoon.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. We were greeted with warm smiles and a delicious plate of homemade Christmas treats. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and with stunning views of the sea and town. Another highlight was the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the limited options for late check-out. It was quite difficult to arrange a late check-out, which was a bit inconvenient as we had a late flight.

I had a wonderful time at Tiberio Palace in Capri. My stay was for 5 days and it was truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a quirky and unique style. It is located in the center of all the restaurants and shops, yet manages to be peaceful. The views from the terraces are absolutely amazing, especially from the terrace of our suite overlooking the sea. The suite was large and luxurious, with a huge bathroom/dressing room. The pool area was well maintained and the staff provided water, towels, and body spray to cool down. Breakfast on the terrace offered an incredible amount of choice, and all of it was delicious. The staff were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Tiberio Palace exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend it highly enough.
