The room was bright, airy, and had a stunning balcony with views of Sorrento Bay and Mt. Vesuvius. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the pool, bar area, and dining room were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, right in the center of Sorrento, within walking distance to the main piazza, ferry port, and beach areas. Staff were accommodating and friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had great views over the bay.

Additionally, the daily changing of bed linen and towels was a nice touch, ensuring our room was always clean and fresh. Another highlight was the outdoor pool area, surrounded by beautiful orange and lemon trees, providing a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.

One downside was the shower curtain, which had a tendency to cling to you during showers, making it slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, while the breakfast was adequate, it was fairly basic and could have offered a bit more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at Carlton International. the location was amazing, just minutes away from the town center and the bus and train stations. the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. the rooms were cleaned daily, and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. the pool area was very nice with plenty of space, and the friendly batman even served us coffee in the evening. there was a great restaurant nearby, adding to the convenience.

We even got complimentary glasses of bubbly to celebrate the new year. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square and all the restaurants and bars. Plus, the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the city and the sea.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around. the room was quite small and cramped, especially the bathroom.
