The small bathroom could use more space!!! The check-in process was disorganized due to non-functioning PIN codes!!! The lift is poorly located. accessing it involves multiple stairs!!!

My experience was marred by poor communication at check-in. We waited for 30 minutes because the PIN code sent to us didn't work. The lack of sockets beside the bed was frustrating, making it hard to charge my phone at night. The thin walls also meant I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms, disrupting my peace.

Our stay at Casa Cleo was nothing short of delightful! Marta, our host, was an absolute gem, greeting us with warmth and a helpful map detailing attractions. The pastries in the communal kitchen were a lovely touch, and the location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, made exploring easy. The room was spacious and immaculate, with A/C that worked perfectly during the summer heat. Plus, being in the Monti neighborhood allowed us to discover fantastic local dining options away from tourists.

The only little hiccup was finding the entrance since there's no visible sign for Casa Cleo. we had to look for the "Hotel Valle" sign next door. Also, be aware that the lift is not on the ground floor, so you'll need to climb a few steps first. It’s not a huge deal, but may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the minor details.

casa cleo was an awsome find! its in a chill area, not far from the colosseum, and u can walk to a bunch of cool places. the room was super clean and spacious, and we loved having a communal kitchen for breakfast every day. the staff was really friendly, especially marta, who gave us a map and tips on what to do. oh, and they stocked the kitchen with coffee and pastries, which was a nice touch!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a shared kitchen, air conditioning, and luggage storage. I remember how staff helped with my late departure. Highly recommend staying here. I’m coming back for a business trip!
