had a great stay, even better than last time in piacenza. casa del profumo was exceptional - beautiful furnishings, friendly staff, and convenient location. loved the breakfast at the nearby bar and the helpfulness of the host. overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Low bookshelf was dangerous.

The friendly staff even provided ground floor rooms for guests with special requests.

The bookshelf in the room was positioned too low on the wall, causing a potential hazard for guests getting up from the bed.

I had a fantastic last-minute stay at this accommodation in Piacenza. the location was superb, right next to the city center. the place was clean and bright, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. They even gave me a small perfume as a present. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant and found the communication with the host to be excellent. the provided breakfast was also very nice. it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in years.
