We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless bed sheets, towels, and bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious quad/family room that comfortably accommodated four adults. The location was perfect, with the hotel being centrally located in the heart of this city. We enjoyed being just next to lovely restaurants and close to the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Casa Di Santa Francesca Romana A Ponte Rotto was truly memorable. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Rome, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the unique ambiance of the former convent added a special touch to our experience.

One specific situation that stood out to us was the delicious breakfast buffet. Although we had read mixed reviews about the breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food.

The highlight was the excellent coffee machine, although it did break down, it was quickly replaced by a live staff member. The atmosphere of the hotel was enhanced by its location in an older palace building. a pleasant and memorable experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Di Santa Francesca Romana A Ponte Rotto. The location was ideal, with one of my favorite restaurants in Rome right next door. Exploring Rome was a breeze as many attractions were within walking distance. The neighborhood of Trastevere was lively and filled with bustling bars and restaurants, yet the hotel itself was tucked away on a quiet street, allowing for peaceful nights of sleep.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I did have a couple of minor issues. The shower cabinet in my room was not in the best shape, with a loose door and frame.

The room was spacious and had an incredibly comfortable bed, perfect for a good night sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the car service made transportation easy and convenient. The courtyard was a favorite spot, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather.
