this charming B&B exceeded my expectations. friendly staff, central location, amazing breakfast with fresh baked pastries and cakes. loved the character and style of the old house. enjoyed live music from nearby music school. kitchen available all day with delicious snacks. highly recommend for a romantic stay in Rome.

Amazing value for money, with well-decorated rooms and attention to detail. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast option: The only improvement would be to have more variety in the breakfast selection.

The location of this boutique B&B is simply amazing. It is right in the centre of everything, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions in Rome. The rooms are comfortable and cute, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly baked treats that are sure to satisfy your cravings. the music school next door adds a touch of charm, as you can hear soft opera and classical music through your windows.

Some of the rooms may be on the smaller side, which could be a bit of a downside for couples or those looking for more space.

I had a truly fabulous stay at this boutique B&B. the location was excellent, right in the center of town but on a quiet street, so I could enjoy some peace and quiet. the house itself had so much character and style, and the fresh daily cakes were absolutely delicious. the breakfast spread was outstanding, with a variety of options and everything beautifully presented. the manager and breakfast cook/server were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved being next to a music school and hearing the beautiful piano and other musical instrument recitals from my balcony. a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat in the future.

loved our stay at this charming b&b. the warm welcome made us feel right at home. beautiful room, great facilities, and delicious homemade cakes. the location was perfect, away from the hustle of rome but still central. highly recommend casa fabbrini!
