I recently stayed at a guest house in Florence and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was in a quiet area but still within walking distance of all major attractions. I loved being able to easily explore the city and visit the historical monuments. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee that were provided. it was a great place to stay.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with beautiful original frescoes and features in the rooms. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money.

The air conditioning was quiet and kept the room cool. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They even provided free water, including sparkling water, 24/7. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The facilities were fantastic, and the air conditioning unit worked well to combat the heat in Florence. The room style was classical with high ceilings, classical paintings, and furniture. The friendly staff were always available on premises. The good wifi ensured we could stay connected. The room was quiet and cool, offering a comfortable stay. We were even given outdoor breakfast vouchers for a small deli across the square. Stefania, the staff member, was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. We had a lovely and spacious room with comfortable beds. We highly recommend dining at Lo Scudo, which is just a 7-minute walk away on Via dell Oriuolo. In summary, our stay was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. We loved the easy walk to restaurants and bars and the nearby attractions. the room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the complimentary water machine. the staff member who helped us book a tour was amazing and gave us great advice for exploring the area.

The room was a bit cramped and the shower cubicle was small without proper water barrier which made the floor wet constantly. Plus, the absence of an elevator made it hard to climb the stairs with the luggage.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and professional. They were always ready to offer assistance and were very kind throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated close to all the major tourist attractions. I was able to easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. Additionally, the hotel provided a water dispenser that dispensed free soda water, which was a pleasant surprise and a great convenience.

One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the additional city tax that was requested upon arrival, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. Moreover, the insistence on cash payment for this tax was quite inconvenient.
