We enjoyed the beautiful location of the hotel, very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice view from the balcony. We really appreciated the good value for money and the fact that the hotel was only a short walk from the ski lift.

The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was very weak and often didn't work. We also found the dining experience chaotic and uncomfortable, with little communication about the set-up of the restaurant and table arrangements.

I had an incredible stay at Casa Santa Maria in Folgaria. The value for money was unbeatable, and my room exceeded all expectations with a big balcony and a breathtaking mountain view. The location was perfect, right next to the ski slopes and close to Santuario Madonna delle Grazie. The staff, especially Anna at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with some vegetables or eggs included.
