I recently stayed at a fantastic place in Rome. The owner, Rafaella, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican and within walking distance of downtown. If walking isn't your thing, there's a nearby Metro stop for easy access to all of Rome's attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. I also loved that breakfast was included and the nearby restaurants were great. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Rome.

the location was excellent, with everything within walking distance. We loved exploring the area and experiencing the true Roman world. Raffaella, the host, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. the room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a powerful shower and air conditioner. the Italian design inspired by art added a nice touch. We also appreciated the safety and cleanliness of the area.

our stay at casa zavatti was beyond amazing. it surpassed our previous visit to rome with its attentive hosts, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient transportation options and a peaceful atmosphere.

My recent stay at Casa Zavatti was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk away from Saint Peter's Square, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the Vatican Museum. The quadruple en suite room I stayed in was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner, Raffaella, was not only kind and helpful but also a fantastic host. I also want to mention Magdalena, who made our beds nearly every day. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this B&B to all my family and friends. You won't regret your stay!
