The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Porto Nuova. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and a huge TV screen. The staff were polite and helpful, and the hostel felt more like a hotel. It's also conveniently close to the bus station for easy airport access. excellent value for the money.

It is also situated in a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful stay. the availability of single and double rooms with private bathrooms is a bonus for those seeking more privacy. Additionally, the clean and functional furniture enhances the overall experience.

The lack of sound insulation can be bothersome, as noises from other rooms and the hallway can be heard. However, this can be mitigated by using earplugs.

Great value for money, the room was spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel is conveniently located near the center and bus station, on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and the receptionist was very helpful without making us feel rushed.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is to have more variety in the food options, besides the bit stale bread, butter, jams, and coffee/juice.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Bergamo for 5 nights and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hostel was excellent, being close to the train station and in a quiet area. I also appreciated the functioning air conditioning and the great shower. it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.
