The hotel has a great location, right at the base of the skiing area. The staff, especially Matea, was excellent and arranged a transfer for us. The room was small but comfortable, with a balcony and views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was a real added bonus, with a variety of meats, cheeses, and fresh coffee. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the ski hire shop and bar. Highly recommended for women traveling alone.

During our Christmas break at this hotel, we really enjoyed the stunning balcony views that added a beautiful touch to our room. The convenient location, just 50m from the slopes, made it easy for us to hit the snow and enjoy the skiing area. Additionally, the breakfast was one of the best aspects of our stay, with plenty of options including croissants, eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, and coffee to fuel us up for the day.

While we did have a great time overall, there were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. Firstly, the shower in the room was too small, making it difficult for taller individuals to use comfortably. Secondly, we found it unpleasant to have to double-check all our receipts from the bar, as the staff tried to bill us twice for drinks when we had already paid. Despite these minor issues, we still had a memorable and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the base of the ski area, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. Additionally, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, with options like bread, eggs, cheese, ham. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are especially cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

There was an issue with the bar staff trying to bill customers twice for drinks, which was an unpleasant situation that could have been handled more professionally.
