During my stay at Il Monastero Collection, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The staff, especially Naomi and Andrea, welcomed me with warm smiles and patiently answered all of my questions as a first-time visitor to Rome. The availability of bottled water on demand was a thoughtful gesture. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find packaged snacks and a bottle of bubbly waiting for me in my room. The quality of the sheets and towels was top-notch, and I appreciated the added touches like a robe, slippers, and a kettle. The location of the hotel was also superb, with several good and reasonably priced food options just steps away. It was convenient to walk to most of the city's attractions, and there was a bus transport nearby as well. And let's not forget the excellent pricing for a hotel in Rome.

The hotel's location in the center was ideal as it was close to the Archeological Park with Metro, and next to a bike hire shop. It was also within walking distance of the Coliseum. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a functional shower. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of options to choose from.

Some minor noise disturbances were experienced at night.

What a cool place to take in the sites of Rome! This beautiful hotel sits right on the Circus Maximus and is only about a 10-15 min walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We could actually see part of the Pallatine Hill from our room! Our room overlooked their stunning courtyard filled with statues. Sabina checked us in and she gave us a map with lots of great recommendations. Another bonus of where it is are the restaurants and cafes right beside it. We had a sensational dinner at Circo a few doors down. We would also start our walk to the Colosseum by grabbing gelato right outside the building. Our trip was a dream and if we are ever fortunate enough to come to Rome again, we will definitely be staying here.
