The resort is located right in front of the sea, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Although the beach might not be the best, it is still close to the sea and provides an opportunity for relaxing walks. The rooms are spacious and sophisticated, with excellent air-conditioning. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, with a wide selection of options. The pool area is lovely, clean, and perfect for relaxation.

The bathrooms could use some refurbishing.

Spent xmas at a hotel that had two great things going for it. it was located near the beach so guests could enjoy a nice seaside vacation. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making guests feel right at home. On top of that, there was a large swimming pool that we enjoyed.

The hotel was quite remote and isolated, with no easy restaurant choices nearby. the rooms and bathrooms were outdated and in need of refurbishing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right in front of the sea was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed being able to walk a few steps and have direct access to the beach. Although the beach may not have been the best, it was still a lovely spot for sunbathing and taking in the beautiful views. The hotel also had a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, which was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We also appreciated the option of using the airport shuttle service, making our arrival and departure smooth and convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even offering us a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The pet amenities available were a bonus for us, as we were able to bring our furry friends along with us. the location, service, and pet-friendly atmosphere made our stay here truly memorable.

This beachside resort offers spacious rooms, a great pool area, and super-friendly staff. The location is ideal, as it is close to Rome and right in front of the sea. The resort is situated in a closed Italian village/community, providing a safe and peaceful environment. The rooms are extremely tidy and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, and the facilities are spacious and well-equipped.

The beach in front of the resort may not be the best for swimming or sunbathing.

The breakfast at Civico Zero Resort was absolutely delicious and varied, offering a fantastic start to each day of our stay. The hotel rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, ensuring the rooms were impeccably tidy.

One minor inconvenience we encountered was that the "do not disturb" button on the door didn't work, and sometimes the cleaning staff would move our belongings and forget to put them back in their original places. However, this didn't greatly bother us.
