The hotel had a great location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The area was quiet and safe, making it a pleasant place to stay. Another advantage was the private boat dock, which made transportation to and from the hotel convenient. The views from the hotel were also amazing.

The room I booked with a view didn't quite live up to my expectations. Although it was a nice room, I had to stick my head out of the window to get a glimpse of the canals.

We especially loved the extra outdoor seating area on the private deck. The rooms were spacious with large showers, and the overall decor was elegant. We also enjoyed the cozy lounge area and the bright and airy breakfast room.

The bathroom cabin in our room was quite small, especially for taller individuals. Additionally, our window had a direct view into the opposite room's bedroom, so we had to keep the curtain drawn for privacy.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and spacious. the location was great, very central and close to restaurants and shops.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and at peak times, the breakfast area gets crowded.

The only downside I experienced was that the suite I was upgraded to was not accessible by a lift, and I had to climb several flights of stairs. This could be problematic for anyone with mobility restrictions.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, overlooking the famous Bridge of Sighs, and just a short walk from Piazza San Marco. The canal view rooms 201 and 202 were ideal, providing us with an incredible view of the gondolas passing by. The staff were excellent, providing us with fantastic advice and helping us load our luggage onto the water taxi when we arrived and left. They even advised us on taking a private water taxi which saved us time and money. The service was exceptional, from the room amenities to the restaurant and snack bar. The staff were always available and willing to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel also provided convenient services like car hire, airport shuttle, and laundry. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The only downside to this venue is that it can be a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it for the level of comfort and quality of service you receive. Families will especially enjoy their stay here, as the hotel is very accommodating and provides a range of amenities such as a leisure/TV room, Wi-Fi, and babysitting services.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast in the bright dining room was delightful. The hotel also surprised us with a thoughtful birthday gift. The comfortable bar area and welcome Aperol spritz were a great way to unwind after exploring.

The location of Colombina was absolutely perfect, right by a canal and just a short walk from St Mark's Square. From the hotel jetty, I could even see the iconic Bridge of Sighs. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The terrace was also a beautiful spot to relax and take in the surroundings. As for breakfast, Roberta made the most amazing cappuccinos and the spread was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location, friendly staff, and lovely terrace.
