The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great location close to port and metro, helpful host, quiet surroundings, breakfast vouchers provided.

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. the coffee facilities were a nice touch and the bathroom amenities were plentiful. the location was perfect, close to the main attractions and metro station. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner and drinks in the area.

Just be aware that the walls are thin and noise can be heard from the street and neighboring rooms. However, the staff provided earplugs to help with this issue.

my valentine's day stay in naples was better than ever. comfort zone truly impressed me with their warm and friendly staff, modern and clean rooms, and the added bonus of netflix on the tv. their attention to detail, such as the mini freezer for ice cream, made my stay unforgettable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the main attractions. I could easily walk to the metro stations and explore the city with ease. The rooms were just like in the pictures, modernly renovated and had good facilities. I especially loved the rooms with balconies, a perfect spot to enjoy the view. The breakfast included was a great way to start the day, with fresh croissants, squeezed juice, and coffee from a nearby cafe. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, always ready to help with any questions or needs.

Spacious room with high ceilings, TV with Netflix, and a big mirror. Friendly staff, including Annalisa, helped with heavy luggage. Great location near shopping street, restaurants, and supermarket. Clean room with nice shower and complimentary water and wine glasses.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge TV and a cozy fireplace. I also enjoyed the little balcony with a table and two chairs, where I could sit and have a relaxing breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.

One drawback was that there was no reception, so it was a bit difficult to find someone to check in and get the key. It would have been helpful if there was a way to contact the staff directly.

We had a truly wonderful stay in a new, comfortable, and clean room. The location was ideal as it was close to all metros, a wonderful cafe, and the port. The staff was great, helping us with metro stops and even getting us coffee and milk. The room had all the necessary facilities and the bathroom was very nice, with a fantastic shower. The breakfast, although not in the hotel, was a nice start to the day and provided a local experience.

The door to the building was a bit inconvenient and caused some minor injuries.

The living space has a significant step down towards the exit and bathroom, which could be a safety concern, especially at night.

No hot water for jacuzzi bath.

I recently stayed at Comfort Zone for a night and had a wonderful experience. The landlord, a very nice woman, made me feel right at home and was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a large balcony offering a beautiful view. The amenities, including a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge, were a nice touch. The wifi was great and the TV even connected to Netflix. I was pleasantly surprised to find a wine opener in the room, and the complimentary glasses of wine added a special touch. The spa was clean, warm, and very relaxing. a fantastic stay.
