We had a fantastic stay at a well-located apartment. It was easy to access by foot and car, and we even arrived by train from the airport and took a short walk from the train station. The apartment provided a nice getaway from the crowd, being private and quiet. It was well-equipped and had a great shower. Matteo, our host, was fantastic and took great care of us. He gave us recommendations and even organized a transfer. It truly felt like a luxury experience, and we were so comfortable that we extended our stay.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the authentic area of Palermo. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The tour of the palace offered a fascinating glimpse into its history and beauty. Despite minor drawbacks like the TV placement and small couch, Conte Federico exceeded our expectations. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Palermo.

The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to many of the top attractions in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette and balcony. Everything worked perfectly, and I especially loved the shutters on the window that kept the morning sun from waking me up too early. The staff, particularly Matteo, the manager, was extremely cordial and helpful, making me feel welcome and offering assistance whenever needed. I also highly recommend going on a tour of the palace, which is part of the hotel. The owner's son gives fabulous tours and shares fascinating historical information.

The bed was comfortable, and the balcony provided lovely views of the rooftops and mountains. The host also gave great restaurant recommendations and allowed us to check in early without any extra charge. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were top-notch.
