The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained, with excellent showers. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was wonderful. The location was great for exploring the lakes in Switzerland and Italy, and even day trips to Venice and Verona were doable.

Felt secure, no complaints.
