We had booked a small double room, but it didn't feel small at all. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The hotel's rooftop was a wonderful surprise, offering breathtaking views of the city. We enjoyed sipping drinks there in the early evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the central station and close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was incredibly helpful and there was always someone at the reception to assist us. The hotel was well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of choices. we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Florence.

We stayed at a hotel very close to the train station and many of the sightseeing spots. The location was ideal as we were able to walk easily to all the places we wanted to visit. The common areas were well kept and welcoming. We appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the noise level from the street outside disturbed our sleep during the night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool and garden area were gorgeous, and perfect for cooling down on hot days. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us. The location was super convenient, within walking distance of the train station and all the major historical sites. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. The hotel's restaurant served amazing pasta.

There were also many little restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. The rooftop bar had fantastic views of the city, and the small pool was perfect for a quick relaxation session. The family room was fun for the kids, and overall, the hotel offered excellent value for our 4-night stay.
