Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless and well-maintained. the 4G handheld device provided in each room was a fantastic bonus, made exploring the city so much easier and convenient. - Great location, close to key attractions and easy access to public transportation.

The price we paid was not worth it at all, definitely overpriced for the outdated rooms and lack of maintenance. The bathroom near the pool was disgustingly dirty, clearly neglected for weeks.

We had a romantic escape and two things we really liked about this hotel were the excellent shuttle bus service and the helpful staff. the shuttle bus was a convenient and affordable way to reach the city center and Vatican City, allowing us to explore the key attractions without any hassle. the staff at reception, bar, and the breakfast restaurant were always welcoming and made us feel special. We also enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere in the bar, especially with the talented piano player.

the beds were not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. the sound insulation in the rooms was poor, as we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.
