The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of town. It is close to all the good restaurants, just down the hill from the parking area, and still very close to the center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor. The service provided by the host, Fabio, is exceptional. He goes out of his way to make guests feel comfortable and offers great local knowledge. The breakfast provided is unique and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel even has a nice patio with comfortable furniture.

There were no rugs on the cold tile floor in the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel right in the center of Montorosso. The location was perfect, as it was in the old town close to all the good restaurants. The rooms on the second level were beautifully decorated with excessive furniture and fabulous artwork. The breakfast at the bakery was a treat, with freshly baked pastries from his nearby Wonderland bakery.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat nearby. The apartment was cozy and smelled wonderful. One issue we had was that the door rattled at night, which was a bit unsettling. We tried to fix it by sticking something in the jam to make it tighter, but it didn't completely solve the problem.

I recently stayed at Da Vice Rooms in Monterosso and had an amazing experience. Our travel purpose was to explore Cinque Terre, and we stayed for a week. The Superior Apartment we booked was spacious and well-equipped, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen diner. The terrace outside had a fabulous view. The owner, Fabio, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with excellent recommendations for things to see, do, and eat in the area. The breakfast at the bakery across the street was a unique and delicious experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just a few minutes away from hiking trails, boats, and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was advertised as having heating and air conditioning, but only had a small fan. During our Christmas stay, the room was freezing and made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.
