The property was conveniently located and easy to reach, making it a great choice for families visiting Florence. The apartment itself was well furnished and comfortable, with everything we needed for our party of five adults. It was clean and neat, adding to our overall satisfaction. Additionally, supermarkets and transportation were easily accessible, making our stay even more convenient.

Although we had some initial concerns, as the door was standing open when we arrived and the bed linens were dirty, the management quickly addressed our concerns. The area seemed a bit unsafe due to constant sirens, which affected our sleep, but the management was quick to respond to any concerns or requests.

The staff, Federico and Riccardo, were helpful and flexible, providing excellent communication. the location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff made our stay enjoyable.
