We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was in easy walking distance of all of Florence's major tourist attractions. The location was perfect for us as we could easily explore the city without needing transportation. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast provided many options and the cappuccino was excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel I recently stayed at. The happy hour setup allowed me to meet new people and have interesting conversations about travel experiences. The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and their recommendations for restaurants were spot on. I had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel room was very stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. It was even better than some 5-star hotels I've stayed in. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main sights and attractions. It was great not having to worry about transportation. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to eat. We tried a nearby trattoria and it was amazing.

The hotel could use a little renovation as some areas were showing signs of wear and tear, such as cracked ceilings and old smells. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a sunken feel, and the headboard was crooked.

Staying in the heart of a city can be overwhelming, but this place makes it easy. Located in easy walking distance to all of the tourist attractions, it’s close enough to the Arno river and main train station as well. Additionally, it’s great for those who love shopping, parks across the river or crossing Ponte Vecchio. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, with very comfortable bathrooms. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful, with great coffee. Plus, they offer a happy hour, which is a nice touch.

The entrance can be challenging as there are several stairs to access the elevator.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a wonderful experience. the location is perfect for exploring the city as it is right in the heart of the old district of Florence. Everything we came to see was within easy walking distance. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were amazing. They were attentive to detail and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom and a soft king bed. The breakfast, although standard fare, was included and served every morning. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided great value for money.
