We stayed at Ih Hotels and it was a great experience! the staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was awesome, with a variety of options that we enjoyed. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. It was also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the start of the Rome Marathon. On the morning of the race, it was raining, but the front desk staff provided us with garbage bags to stay dry. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows the level of their customer service. Highly recommended!

This hotel is perfectly situated near an underground station, making it convenient to explore all the main historic sights of the city on foot. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern, well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast offers a beautiful variety of options. Additionally, there is a comfortable waiting area and the air conditioning works very well.

The only drawback is that the internet was very slow during my stay, which made it frustrating to connect and use for work purposes.

The bathroom was not up to par, as the air conditioning was not strong enough and the bathtub/shower was difficult to get in and out of. there were not enough hooks or towel bars to hang up clothing and towels.

This hotel's location in the centre was absolutely perfect! I could easily walk to all the main historical sites in just 10 minutes. The staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, especially the lady at reception who was always polite and went out of her way to assist me. It was great that most of the staff spoke English fluently. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I also appreciated the peace and quiet despite facing the street. The free breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, hot food like eggs and bacon, and fantastic cakes. The fresh juice was a nice touch too.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in a prime location. The room was spotless and decorated with a modern touch. The continental breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the option for a private transfer to and from the airport. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I recently stayed at Ih Hotels in Rome for a week-long sightseeing trip. The hotel offers outstanding value with comfortable rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast. It's located in a quiet area within walking distance of the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free Wifi worked perfectly. The central location and easy metro access made it convenient for exploring the city.
