The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll away from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. During my stay, I had the pleasure of visiting the Uffizi Gallery, which is part of one of the most important museums in the world. It felt like stepping into a treasure trove of art, with masterpieces that rival any other major city's artistic attractions.

Bathroom floor design made it prone to getting wet.

There were a couple of minor issues. The mattress was too soft for my liking and the shower cubicle was narrow and awkward to use.

Stayed at Hotel Delle Camelie for 4 nights. Owner was friendly and helpful, even helped me practice my Italian. Bed comfortable, room cleaned daily, with wi-fi, en-suite, TV. Loved the stained glass window in the room. Great value for money. Location was quiet and felt safe to walk home late at night. Reception always manned. Would definitely use again - thanks for a great stay!

I recently stayed at Hotel Delle Camelie for a week-long vacation. The staff was absolutely amazing - polite, safe, and honest. The 24-hour reception was convenient, and the 1.5L water for only 1 euro was a great deal. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historical building with original antique furniture, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and train station on foot, as well as good public transportation nearby. The staff truly made my stay worry-free and took great care of me.

GREAT location, renovated rooms, spotlessly clean, kind and attentive host. Everything was top-notch for our honeymoon. The breakfast could use more options, but that's an easy fix. A truly pleasant stay and we'll be back soon.
