I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Albergo Diana. The location was incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station and in close proximity to all the historic attractions. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I especially loved that the hotel was tucked away on a quiet side street, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main shopping area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in a beautiful city.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had a charming old-fashioned feel. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, the windows provided plenty of cool air and the lane-way outside was quiet at night. The staff, although they didn't speak English and my Italian is minimal, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The only downside was the shower, but overall I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and friendly staff.

We were impressed by the friendly staff, who even called us before our late arrival to confirm our time and offer assistance. the hotel's sister property, just a short walk away, provided a well-organized breakfast. We had a great stay at Diana! the location is perfect, just inside the city walls and easy to reach from the station. Check-in was a breeze at their partner hotel nearby, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. They even offered to hold our bags so we could explore without any worries. the room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a modern, clean bathroom. We also loved the added touches like the window mosquito net and the soft drinks dispenser. the value for money was excellent, and the short walk to the town center and cathedral was convenient. Highly recommended!

Despite the temperature issue in October, the bed and bedding were comfortable. The staff, although not speaking English, were helpful in providing a second blanket.
